Terms of Use

Effective date: 26 September 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to access to and use of the OBESCO Group website. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.

2. About OBESCO Group

This website is operated by OBESCO GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 74 701 706 327, ACN 701 706 327), an Australian-owned multidisciplinary company based in Melbourne, Victoria.

3. Website Information

Website content is provided for general information about OBESCO Group, its divisions, services, products, insights and potential engagement pathways. Content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn without prior notice.

Website information is not a substitute for advice tailored to an individual organisation, project or circumstance.

4. No Automatic Client Relationship

Accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, registering for updates or submitting an expression of interest does not create a client, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary or professional-adviser relationship.

A service relationship begins only when the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement.

5. Services and Products

Descriptions of services and products are general. Availability, features, integrations, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timeframes are confirmed through consultation and an agreed written scope.

ENDORA products — including ENDORA Assist, ENDORA MarketingOS, ENDORA Flow, ENDORAX, ENDORA Publish and ENDORA Digital Factory — are under development. They are not currently accessible, self-service or available for purchase unless that position has been separately confirmed in writing.

6. Permitted Use

Users may access the website for legitimate personal, professional and business-information purposes.

Users must not:

  • Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Scrape or extract content at scale without permission
  • Misrepresent an association with OBESCO
  • Copy or commercially exploit website content without authorisation
  • Submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harmful material

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, layouts and original materials are owned by or licensed to OBESCO Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through website access. Limited personal viewing does not authorise commercial reproduction, modification, distribution or use of OBESCO branding.

8. User Submissions

Individuals remain responsible for information submitted through website forms. Users must have authority to provide the information and must not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party material without permission.

Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents, medical information or unnecessary sensitive information through general forms.

9. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. OBESCO does not control and is not responsible for independently operated third-party content, availability, privacy, security or practices.

10. Website Availability

OBESCO does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, current, secure or free from technical errors. Maintenance, provider outages, security issues and other circumstances may affect access.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBESCO excludes liability for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from website interruption, unauthorised access, third-party content or matters beyond OBESCO's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the OBESCO Group Privacy Policy and any collection notice provided when information is submitted.

13. Changes to These Terms

OBESCO may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Continued website use after publication is subject to the revised terms.
